Isaac Berlin, FNP-C – LGBTQ+ Affirming Primary Care & Mental Health Provider in California & Alaska I’m a gay Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care in California and Alaska, with a focus on mental health, gender-affirming hormone therapy, PrEP/DoxyPEP, and primary care. My private practice, Be Well Berlin, offers secure telehealth services statewide in both states, as well as in-person availability in Los Angeles (West Hollywood). Since 2012, I’ve worked in LGBTQ+ health through HIV prevention trials and community-based programs, and I’ve been a licensed nurse practitioner since 2017. I provide care tailored to the needs of transgender, nonbinary, gender-diverse, Two-Spirit, kink-identified, and polyamorous patients, including: Gender-affirming hormone therapy (HRT) and gender affirmation letters PrEP and DoxyPEP for HIV/STI prevention Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) Psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia.
