My work is all about helping you reconnect with your inner resources and navigate challenges in ways that align with your values and aspirations—whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, gender exploration, relationship shifts, or the pressure of simply existing in a world that often misunderstands you. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and Texas, I bring years of experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ youth and adults, neurodivergent clients, elders, and blended families. My background in school counseling and nonprofit mental health settings has shaped a trauma-informed, culturally aware perspective that honors intersectionality and lived experience. Therapy with me centers on affirming who you are while helping you cultivate tools for emotional regulation, healthy communication, and meaningful change.
