Jack Griffin
I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. I provide gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, trauma-informed therapy for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse adults, neurodivergent adults, and individuals and partners navigating consensual non-monogamy, relationships, identity exploration, and life transitions. Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin building a plan that feels collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. My approach is warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be your full self. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered care. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, gender transition, relationship challenges, or personal growth, my goal is to help you build a life that feels authentic, connected, and aligned with your values. In addition to individual therapy, I provide relationship therapy for LGBTQIA+ and ethically non-monogamous partnerships, as well as gender-affirming assessments and letters when clinically appropriate. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create an inclusive, culturally responsive space where every part of your identity is respected and affirmed.
