My name is Jackie (She/Her), I work with fabulous firecracker folks who are ready to work in therapy! I am a Polish-American, Cisgender Heterosexual Woman who uses she/her pronouns, BDSM/Kinky, HAES, practitioner, Former Catholic who grew up in purity culture, to Spiritual Cancer Zodiac who's Enthusiastic about Oracle Cards and other spiritual practices, here to help you, do you! In my therapy and coaching services, I love hearing humorous stories, excitement with the progress made, and being in the moment when healing happens. I’m not about the shame game, I’m all about helping in therapy, holistic healing, coaching, and your private practice goals as a therapist! As a therapist in private practice, I do business consultation for therapists wanting to start their own business themselves. I use a gentle approach to my services, cuss, admire honesty, love to laugh it up, make therapy a place where you can come and talk about anything you please. Be it sex, self, or business, I help you release shameful messages of your life and help you show up as your shameless best self! What can you expect with me? I laugh, swear, heal, & feel. I'm a person first, therapist second. I have a laid back approach and want you to feel comfortable cussing with me in sessions and feel safe! In the first session, we go through information for me to get to know you! I work pretty intensely with people in therapy, once a week, every week, until you reach your goals! People don't call me right away, they call when they're ready to feel better & I want to jump in and help you heal ASAP. I don't want you to be in therapy forever! We create rituals in sessions, beginning or end, so you feel comfortable and know what's going on when meeting with me. Sometimes this is an affirmation card, meditation, mindfulness based practice, journaling exercise, check in with notes since last session, self-care activity, listening to a song, or whatever the hell you want! I ask you what would be most helpful and where we go for sessions. I balance taking the lead and want to make sure I prioritize you and your voice is #1!
