Jackson Mittler
Jackson (he/him) specializes in helping clients with ADHD, executive dysfunction, anxiety, OCD and autism (whether formally diagnosed or not). He works with clients to build executive functioning skills that improve their attention, focus, and ability to get stuff done. Jax also helps his clients navigate issues related to polyamory, non-monogamy, and other relationship structures. As a gay trans man, Jackson enjoys working with queer and trans clients and can help you feel seen without having to explain yourself. Clients have said Jax brings a calming, patient energy to the room. Jackson's therapy style is conversational and direct. Sessions are a comfortable environment to explore who you are and how you got here. Jax practices therapy grounded in executive functioning work, exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), relational, and existential modalities. He welcomes clients to reach out with any and all questions about what therapy would be like with him.
