Being a gay Latino myself, working with the LGBTQ+ community is something that is really important to me! I know how much it can mean to have a provider who understands that your identity is a part of your life, but it isn’t the only thing that defines you. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking about all of it, whether that’s relationships, dating, family, anxiety, work, sex, identity, or just the general chaos of being a human being! I’ve dealt with anxiety myself, so I know what it’s like to overthink, get stuck in your head, and have your brain decide that something that happened three days ago needs to be analyzed at 2 a.m. I’ve also had my fair share of being judged for being myself, and that has made me very intentional about creating a space where you never have to worry about that with me. I genuinely believe there should be zero judgment in healthcare. I really value what makes each person unique, and I want to get to know you as an individual rather than make assumptions about who you are or what you need. I’m energetic, curious, and genuinely enjoy talking to people, so I want our appointments to feel natural and comfortable while still being productive. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions, among other things. My goal is for you to feel safe being completely yourself, feel heard and respected, and actually look forward to the progress we make together! You don’t have to fit into a box to work with me. In fact, I’d much rather get to know the person who doesn’t!
