Hi, I’m Janelle Ford (she/her/hers), a licensed mental health counselor based in Danvers, MA. I offer in-person and Telehealth sessions for clients looking for a safe, affirming space to be their full selves — no filter needed. I specialize in helping clients explore their gender and sexuality, work through internalized homophobia and transphobia, and navigate gender-affirming care with clarity and compassion. Whether you’re coming out (again), questioning everything, or just tired of explaining the basics — I’m here for it. I also support individuals navigating relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, and the never-ending quest to feel a little less stressed. My approach is relaxed, down-to-earth, and often sprinkled with humor. Nothing you share will be too much, too weird, or considered TMI. I have experience working with trauma as well, and I strive to make therapy a space where we can go deep while still keeping it real.
