Jason Holloway
I am a psychologist practicing individual and group therapy with adults across the lifespan, from college aged people to older adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, substance use, out of control sexual behavior, self-defeating behaviors, trauma, grief, and feelings of inadequacy. I have worked extensively with LGBT+ people, individuals with chronic medical conditions, and with older adults. I have a particular expertise in working with individuals living with HIV. My treatment approach is based on psychodynamic theory. This means I pay close attention to your life history, your emotions, repeating themes and patterns, and to your experience of the present moment. I also have advanced training in Motivational Interviewing and Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy.
