Dr. Jeff Ditzell, D.O is the CEO and Lead Psychiatrist at Jeff Ditzell Psychiatry in New York City, where he provides his patients with an extra level of care and compassion, while specializing in Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Treatment-Resistant Depression and Life Optimization Coaching. Dr. Jeff Ditzell, D.O’s depth and breadth of clinical experience is unique, having served as the Chief of an inpatient Dual Diagnosis Unit, as the lead attending in two Psychiatric ER’s, and as the Lead Physician of an Assisted Community Treatment team prior to starting his own private practice. Additionally, Dr. Ditzell has been committed to the Service of Soldiers in the United States Army for over 20 years, having attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. Lieutenant Colonel Ditzell has served with distinction and has been awarded the Army Commendation Medal, having served as the Division Psychiatrist in Tikrit, Iraq during deployment in 2005. Dr. Ditzell has had the additional honor of serving as Medical Officer for a Community-Based Warrior Transition Unit at Rock Island Arsenal, assisting soldiers and their families making the often-times difficult transition from overseas deployment to home.
