She/Her

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, also certified as a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (IATP). Our practice offers comprehensive assessments, psychotherapy, and occupational therapy for youth and families. My passion is to serve folx through a trauma informed and person centered lens, focusing therapeutic work on incorporating personal strengths, belief systems, and values. I utilize mindfulness and compassion practices, as well as interventions focused on better understanding patterns that lead to distress to make effective and meaningful changes with self and relationships. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, bridging my knowledge and expertise with your goals and commitment to the work. My expertise is working with individuals, children/teens, and families who have experienced trauma. I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse and sexually and gender diverse individuals/families. I also work to resolve issues related to: phase of life and adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, parent-child relationship, and family conflict. My approach to therapy is integrative with cognitive, emotional, and somatically based interventions. Our work together may involve use of mindfulness, compassion focused therapy, trauma informed perspectives, emotion focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and parent child interaction techniques focused on the neurobiology of relationship attachment and emotion regulation.
