Jennifer Bowen

My name is Jennifer Bowen and I own my private practice, Starlight Counseling, PLLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is excited to be fully present for my clients. I believe in meeting individuals where they are at and building support can start within the therapeutic relationship and grow outwards into the community. I aim to empower and provide support, while providing empathy and a safe space to fully be yourself. I work with clients to provide tools to help with distress, and just be an outside person who is there for you and provide a safe space to be your unique self. I enjoy working with a variety of ages ranging from children to teens and young adults into adulthood. I have experience working with children and teens with disabilities, teens and adults with anxiety and depression, and all ages of the LGBTQIA+ community. I do not work with adult cis males at this time. I also have training in trauma and eating disorders.
