Hello, you’re welcome to call me Jenn. I am an LCSW practicing in a private location in Boise, Idaho. I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth only, in the states of OR and UT. I am a fierce advocate and ally for our LGBTQ+ community. I am an open-minded counselor who uses a nonjudgmental, strengths-based approach to help you achieve your goals for healthy relationships, positive change, healing, and personal growth. I create a safe, supportive space for acceptance, exploration, and opening yourself to possibilities. I welcome clients who are polyamorous or who are considering polyamory as a healthy life and relationship style. I bring my office dog to work with me. Her name is Calamity Jane (Janie), she’s an American Bulldog/Basset mix. She’s shaped like a bratwurst with shorter legs and a bully head. She’s a warm, welcome presence in the office each day. My particular areas of interest/focus include gender-affirming care, grief/loss, trauma, shame, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I have background in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am currently taking these insurances in OR and UT: Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Aetna. I am on the wait list currently for Regency Bluecross/Blue Shield (hopefully by 07-15-26), Humana Medicare Advantage (hopefully by 07-28-26), United Healthcare Advantage, Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum). My session rate is $150, and I don’t utilize sliding scale. It is my hope that Janie and I will be able to meet you, get to know you, and help you along your journey.
