Jennifer Reddig

I am the director of a mental health program working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, providing safe, respectful, and culturally responsive care. We have a strong interest in the experience of minority communities, intersectionality, trauma, grief and bereavement, building healthy relationships, and teaching skills around self-advocacy and boundaries. We believe in a person-centered, strengths-based approach. Our practitioners tailor our approaches to each of our clients’ unique needs. The most important thing for us is to meet you where you are at. You are the expert in your life. We want to listen to your experience, and to be present for you, providing a supportive relationship as you learn skills you can use to accomplish your goals.
