Hi, I’m Jenny Anthony (she/her), a registered dietitian and founder of Unrestricted with Jenny, RD. I offer inclusive, weight-neutral nutrition counseling that supports clients in building a healthier relationship with food and their bodies—without shame, judgment, or diet rules. As a queer provider with lived experience in eating disorder recovery, I create a compassionate, affirming space where all identities, body sizes, and lived experiences are respected. I specialize in disordered eating, chronic conditions like diabetes, PCOS, GI issues, high cholesterol, and general wellness. I’m here to meet you where you are with flexibility, empathy, and evidence-based care.
