Jenny Shully

I have been in the field for 20+ years and worked in a variety in different clinical settings, giving me a wide range of skills and experiences. I am most passionate about family planning and parenting for queer folx. My approach is strength-based, and a very cognitive behavioral style, helping clients connect with their own inner resources to make lasting change. In addition, I like to use a narrative therapy framework that can be key to understanding and processing traumatic events. Finally, I love to laugh with clients; humor can be a much needed point of relief! Typically in a first session I will ask immediate permission to curse and warn you that unlike some other therapists, I have a very bad poker face.
