Jesse Geguzis
I believe mental health care is a right that should be afforded to everyone and aim to lessen the stigma of seeking mental health care. As a non-binary, transmasculine human, I’m excited to serve traditionally underserved minority communities. I consider it a privilege to play a role in your journey. I am fat-allied/HAES, sex/kink positive, and gender-affirming with a background in social justice. I use a strength-based approach, person-centered and trauma-informed approach, encouraging vulnerability and building resiliency. I understand how intersecting oppressions for minority and underserved populations can be a heavy load to carry. I have additional training in trauma therapy and take a trauma-informed approach, regardless of what brings you to therapy. From this angle, I work to foster a trusting and honest therapeutic relationship and positive self-narratives. I specialize in gender and sexual identity work with curious and questioning folks in the LGBQIA+ community and transition-related therapy. I also love sex and relationship therapy and am particularly drawn to ethical non-monogamy. Other specialties include sexual difficulty, kink, and BDSM.
