Jesse (they/them) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Metropolitan State University. Jesse is an energetic, responsive, and compassionate therapist who enjoys leveraging the joy and openness that multimodal approaches offer. Jesse provides therapy utilizing creative arts, movement, and narrative approaches. They work alongside clients toward their goals to help create lasting change in their lives and restoration to harmony, peace, and balance. By creating a safe space where people can be vulnerable and honest, Jesse empowers clients to develop more self-compassion, confidence, and forge a path towards healing. Jesse moved from Navajo Nation to the Midwest as a teenager and has lived in Minnesota since 2008. Jesse lives with their fiance in Minneapolis. They enjoy creating art, spending time with their cats, and loves to go hiking and backpacking.
