Jessica Gatlin
I work with adults and older teens who are navigating neurodiversity, sex and intimacy concerns, and substance use, either individually or within relationships. I am a Sexual Health Alliance student studying couples and sex therapy and I am drawn to working with clients who want therapy that helps them find meaning and build a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to provide therapy that is clear, grounded, and practical, while still allowing space for curiosity and lasting growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build insight, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change. For couples, I use a Gottman-informed approach that focuses on communication, emotional regulation, conflict patterns, and repair. I integrate sexual health into therapy when ADHD, stress, recovery, or relationship dynamics are impacting desire, connection, or trust.
