Jessica Meeker

Hi, I'm Jess! I am a queer Chicana therapist born and raised in Northern Arizona. My practice is fully online and I offer therapy throughout all of Arizona and currently live in Phoenix. My therapeutic focus includes trauma therapy specifically surrounding sexual assault/abuse, racial trauma,and spiritual/religious trauma, disordered eating, panic and anxiety, complex PTSD, life transitions/deconstruction, and sexuality exploration. My own queerness and lived experience as a person of color greatly influences and informs my work and how I enter the therapy room.
