Jewelle Scott
Provider Jewelle Scott, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Oklahoma in 2013 prior to completing her Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University in 2018. She has extensive experience in women’s and sexual health, gender affirming hormone therapy, PrEP/PEP, as well as experience in preventative care and the management and treatment of chronic conditions. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice as well as a certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through Oklahoma City University and looks forward to the ability to provide mental health care to all who need it. Jewelle is a proud mom and ally who is passionate about expanding access to mental health care within the LGBTQ+ community. She values transparency and honesty and believes that an open partnership with her patients is key in optimizing overall health. She looks forward to joining the Diversity Family Health team and the ability to continue to provide quality and nonjudgmental care to all.
