She/Her

I am an empathetic and supportive clinician who believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to heal and grow. I am a steadfast advocate for embracing the richness of human diversity, including affirming the experiences and contributions of those who are neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+. I believe in creating spaces that celebrate and accommodate all forms of cognitive and neurological diversity, recognizing the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent individuals. I believe in advocating for acceptance and in the dismantling of barriers that prevent full participation in society for all people. I provide counseling services to individuals using Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I use EMDR treatment as a means of assisting clients with the neurobiological aspect of addressing trauma by reducing responsiveness to negative cognitions and reinforcing positive beliefs. My treatment focus includes those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma (including spiritual abuse and religious trauma), life transitions, family conflict and relationship issues, and grief and loss of loved ones, including pets. I am passionate about supporting clients in identifying and reaching their mental health goals through a collaborative process.
