Jody Simpson
As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I offer evidence-based support for mental health and wellness. I work from a trauma-informed, and trauma-trained lens which prevents re-traumatization that sadly sometimes occurs when LGBTQIA2+ and other marginalized populations seek care. I offer free 20-minute consultations so you can ask questions and get to know me, to determine if I pass your vibe checks- hey, it's important! You can expect humour with me in a session, and I encourage you to be yourself-no-filter. Swearing and real-life feelings and experiences are welcome here. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and we work together to reach your goals and address your concerns. I offer virtual therapy within Alberta, Canada, and in-person sessions in Edmonton, Alberta. Don't hesitate to reach out, I am pleased to answer any questions you may have.
