During this visit, you can expect a comprehensive evaluation that may include diagnostic radiographs (x-rays), a full dental exam, clinical photographs, and an intraoral scan. If time allows, we will also complete a professional cleaning during the same visit. This appointment is designed to give Dr. Jack a complete understanding of your oral health so that we can create the best plan for you moving forward. More importantly, it gives us the opportunity to learn about your goals and how we can best support you. Dr. Jack believes that dentistry should be personal, innovative, and comprehensive.
