Jordan Lampi

I am a Humboldt-based therapist providing services to locals, as well as virtual sessions throughout California. Sessions are available for teens, adults, and couples. Therapy offers a space for us to gather life’s puzzle pieces and reconnect with our own strengths. As a generalist, I work with a broad array of concerns. However, I am particularly passionate about: *Helping individuals heal from complex trauma *Navigating anxiety, depression, and body image concerns *Supporting you in building more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others I believe that healing happens in connection. As a curious, warm, and culturally humble therapist, I foster a supportive space where you can explore your story without judgment. We will work together to cultivate a compassionate awareness of your own emotions, expand your resilience, and clarify what matters most to you so that you can act in alignment with your deepest values.
