I specialize in proctology (anal pain, bleeding, fissures, hemorrhoids, abscesses, fistulas, etc.) and anal cancer prevention through anal pap tests (cytology), HPV testing, and high resolution anoscopy (HRA). Approximately 75% of my patients are MSM and our practice is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to the LGBTQ community. We are located in Chelsea and do STI screening and bloodwork in the office. If you need a surgical procedure it can almost always be done in the office, often without sedation. We are AAAASF-accredited and do surgeries with an anesthesiologist in the office when needed. I also operate in the Mount Sinai system for procedures that must be performed at the hospital or a surgical center.
