Josh Blum
I am a psychodynamically-trained therapist who is interested in hearing about past experiences where patterns might have occurred in your life. Coming from a Relational-Cultural and Feminist lens, I believe that cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship is at the utmost importance in order to provide a safe environment to build upon your own narrative. I have extensive training and experience in LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy and issues relating to: addiction, disabilities, sexual orientation, gender identity/gender roles, ethnic and racial identity, and non-traditional relationships. I am a Jewish New Yorker who spent a few years after undergrad in the fashion industry before pursuing my true passion which is helping individuals define, identify, and overcome obstacles that may impede connections with the self and others.
