I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I want you to feel comfortable and understood from the very first visit. New intake appointments are one hour. Follow-ups are generally around 30 minutes. My focus is on medication management, along with supportive therapy. I work with people across the lifespan — from children to older adults — and have experience supporting folks with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism, and substance use concerns. No matter where you are in your journey or how you identify, you’re welcome here. I genuinely enjoy learning from people with diverse backgrounds, identities, and life paths.
