Julia Josowitz

I work as a physician assistant in the Q+ Family Building clinic at Stanford University, which offers inclusive care for all regardless of relationship status, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Speciality services include but are not limited to egg cryopreservation (including before/during/after gender affirming hormone therapy), therapeutic donor insemination (with identified and not identified donors), reciprocal IVF (aka co-IVF), embryo transfers, use of egg donor, use of gestational carrier (aka "surrogate"), as well as speciality referral to reproductive urology when necessary (including sperm cryopreservation and extraction before/after/during gender affirming hormone therapy).
