Julie Woulfe
I am a licensed psychologist in New York State specializing in recovery from trauma and LGBTQIA+ health. I have advanced training in TGNBNC mental health and my research focuses on the resilience of and stigma faced by plurisexuality people (e.g. bisexual, queer, pansexual). I work with people individually, and value the many tools that can empower people (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, insight into relationship patterns) to aid their development, healing, and growth. I also bring a multicultural and social justice oriented lens to my work and believe that understanding people within their identities, contexts, and systems of power and privelege is critical enabling us to understand how to best care for ourselves.
