I’m Justin, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who transitioned from a corporate Human Resources career to pursue a more fulfilling path dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and connection. My journey into psychotherapy was driven by a deep desire to help people navigate life’s challenges in a culturally affirming, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover their inner strengths and create meaningful change, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and feelings of disconnection. My practice is inclusive and celebrates diversity, with a focus on supporting queer and gender-expansive individuals, as well as those navigating non-traditional relationships such as polyamory, open relationships, or other alternative relational structures. Whether you're redefining connection or exploring your relational dynamics, we’ll create a space that honors your unique experiences and aspirations. Together, we’ll examine how societal influences shape your experiences and develop tools to foster authenticity, self-compassion, and emotional safety. Using approaches like EMDR to address trauma or integrating principles of ecotherapy for grounding and clarity, I aim to help clients find relief, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging to support their personal growth.
