Kalen Zeiger

I am a queer therapist who works with individuals, couples, parents, and families like yours who are often navigating less than accepting and confusing care and social scenarios in Iowa and Wisconsin. I provide affirming and trauma-informed mental health care, WPATH-based psychosocial assessments and letters of support, and support group facilitation with a focus on serving Iowa and Wisconsin’s queer population using a queer-centered lens. Previously, I served as Associate Clinic Director, therapist, and group facilitator at the University of Iowa’s LGBTQ Counseling Clinic and have provided individual, couples, family, and group services at other clinics and organizations, such as the Survival House Domestic Violence Shelter.
