I’m Kali, a licensed therapist serving Washington State. I am committed to providing a warm, supportive, and safe space for all individuals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, exploring your identity, or healing from past wounds, I am here to walk alongside you. My work is dedicated to remaining holistic and centered around the desires, goals, and comfort of each client. I want to help you navigate your world, offering clarity and understanding as you explore what truly matters to you. Together, we'll uncover core values and identify meaningful steps to move forward. My goal is to provide interventions and strategies that align with who you are and what resonates most with your unique perspective. Whether it’s learning how to cope with overwhelming feelings, rethinking the stories you've been told about who you "should" be, or finding ways to reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose, my role is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients have the opportunity to explore new ways of being. I approach counseling through a social justice and anti-oppressive lens. I am sex-positive, and deeply supportive of sex-workers, kinky-, poly-, queer-, ace-, trans-, and other marginalized people. I practice from a body-neutral perspective and align with Health At Every Size (HAES) principles. Therapy has the great honor and responsibility of holding the full complexity of each person’s identity and lived experience, while acknowledging how systems of power shape our realities. I believe it is essential to recognize the impact of systemic forces—such as racism, colorism, sexism, cis-sexism, homophobia, ableism, and classism—on well-being, and to integrate this understanding into the healing process.
