I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for individuals navigating mental health and substance use concerns. My approach is grounded in harm reduction, which means I meet patients where they are and support their personal goals—whether that includes safer use, feeling more stable, or working toward recovery. I aim to create a space that feels respectful, collaborative, and free of judgment. At your first visit, we’ll take time to get to know you—your health history, what’s been going on recently, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. We’ll talk through treatment options together, which may include medications, counseling, or other supports. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, informed, and comfortable with the plan we create.
