I work primarily with LGBTQ+ adults and teens navigating anxiety, relationship stress, identity questions, or the long-term impact of trauma. My team and I specialize in helping people who’ve felt “too much,” “too sensitive,” or like they’ve had to hide parts of themselves just to get by. Our therapists are trained in EMDR, DBT, and body-based trauma work, but the most important thing we offer is genuine connection.
