Hi, I'm Karissa. As a seasoned occupational therapist specializing in Pelvic Health, I'm passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to recover from leaking, hip or pelvic pain. These symptoms are common, but we often don’t share our challenges because it can feel taboo. I’m thrilled to offer a customized approach to serve adults on midlife achieve confidence and connection in their life again. Prior to my dedicated Pelvic Health practice, I have 17 years experience, working with adults and inpatient settings including acute, post-surgical, inpatient rehab, neuro rehab, and long-term care. I have a masters degree in occupational therapy and a bachelors of science in psychology. I am certified in thermal and electrical stimulation.
