Kate Scheffey

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with experience working with survivors of trauma and LGBTQ+ identified individuals. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, client-centered, strength-based, and goal-oriented. I use a range of therapeutic modalities to support individuals in their quest for greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. I work with folks at all life stages. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
