Finding a safe and supportive space isn't always an easy journey for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am here to accept and support clients who may be struggling with a variety of issues from struggling with anxiety or depression, every day worries, to coming out, or embarking on a journey of self discovery. Or perhaps you are a parent who has a child who is questioning or who has already come out and you are seeking how to best support them, I am also here to help you. Whatever brings you to therapy, deciding to get help is an incredibly brave step and I look forward to support you in your next steps.
