I take Cigna, Optum, and Aetna insurances. I am a Counselor Educator who specializes in working with professional counselors and childhood trauma. Additionally, I recognize a variety of concerns brought into counseling by the 2SLGBTQIAP+ community and I am knowledgeable about and skilled in writing gender affirming letters for a variety of reasons—medical or carry letters for parents of Trans/Nonbinary youth. Lastly, I am trained in play therapy (I have applied for RPT credentials, waiting to hear back) and love to work with kids.
