Welcome to my page! My work is founded on our relationship and creating a space of authenticity and comfort. I cherish being let in to someone’s world and I focus on how I can understand your particular context no matter how different we are. I am very warm, personable, engaged and direct without being directive. I will meet you wherever you are and I am flexible in my approach. I help people with relationship concerns, life transitions, experiencing new, uncomfortable symptoms/diagnoses, or sorting through years of accumulated, old stressors. I can help to deepen your understanding and acceptance of yourself and your relationships. I am specialized in working with teens, women, men, and gender diverse individuals and the LGBTQ+ community. I practice from a multicultural, feminist, antiracist lens and can provide a safe space for people of color or of other marginalized backgrounds to develop and strengthen their identities and to process their experiences of discrimination.
