I'm a fat white disabled neurodivergent bisexual cis woman who provides affirming therapy to all humans. I specialize in trauma therapy, particularly EMDR Therapy, but I also integrate art, play, and movement and center mindfulness in my work. I work with trauma because I come from trauma, and I am open and authentic with clients about my ongoing personal healing experiences while acknowledging there are many paths. I have worked with many trans folx as they navigated transitioning socially and medically. Group therapy and intensive therapy are my favorites!
