Katie Rapson-Stecula

I have over 12 years of experience providing mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have worked in both private and public settings with all forms of payment and insurance. My lived experiences with mental illness and addiction allows me to connect with my clients on a deeper level and for that I am grateful. My areas of passion include LGBTQIA+ issues, addiction concerns, life transitions, and shame. I am dedicated to finding strengths and points of resilience, and I believe we all have the capacity for change and growth.
