I have over 500 hours in yoga training, I have my Level 2 Reiki Practitioner certification, and I am an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor (working towards my Ayurvedic Practitioner certification). I also have formal education with a Bachelors in Social Work and a Masters in Criminal Justice. I am happy you're here and I look forward to connecting more with you!
