Kaylee Wolfe
I am a family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing affirming and inclusive whole-person primary care. After finishing my studies to become an NP, I went on to complete a year of advanced fellowship training in LGBTQ+ health at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center in New York. I am thrilled to bring the skills and knowledge I learned from leading experts in the field of queer and transgender health back home to Maine. My clinical interests include gender-affirming care, HIV prevention and treatment, trauma-informed care, pelvic/gynecologic health for gender diverse patients, sexual and reproductive health, and diabetes. I offer comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, as well as gender-affirming hormone therapy and HIV care. I am also trained in treating genital warts, including internal anal lesions.
