Hi there! My name is Kaytlin. My goal is to help teenagers and young adults (including the young at heart!) find, become, and love the truest version of themselves. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other forms of neurodivergence, or simply want to learn how to show up more for yourself and the people you love, we can figure it out (and are stronger!) together.
