Keith Pasichow

I am a passionate ally of the LGBTQI+ community, and a vocal advocate for compassionate and accepting care for all people, and their families and communities. I work with every patient to identify their needs, values, goals, support networks, and help them through the process of symptom control, and coping. My work also emphasizes advanced care planning, ensuring that each individuals wishes are clearly stated, and that the paperwork needed to ensure their wishes are honored is in place, and readily available to all healthcare providers, as well as to those family and friends most important to the patient.
