Hello! I always wanted to be a therapist and love including a sense of humor in sessions! I provide individual counseling to adults and specialize in anxiety, trauma resolution, and addiction recovery in the LGBTQ+ community. I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a well-researched type of therapy which helps process traumatic experiences ("Big T" and "Little T") experiences alike including experiences of being othered and left out. I also run an ongoing group for any female-identifying persons who want support launching a passion into action. I'm all about helping people live lives that feel like them!
