Kelly Kreuzberger
About Me Hello, I’m Kelly, a licensed behavioral health counselor and the founder of Talk Therapy Collective. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I’ve built my practice around one simple belief: healing happens when people feel truly seen, respected, and safe to be themselves. At Talk Therapy Collective, we are a team of trauma-informed, queer, and trans-affirming therapists who work with both adolescents and adults. Together, we support clients navigating anxiety, identity development, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Our clinicians share a deep commitment to inclusive, affirming care that centers your voice and lived experience. My Approach I integrate relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based therapies to help clients move through challenges while also celebrating resilience and joy. Clients often tell me they appreciate my direct yet compassionate style, my ability to listen deeply, and my commitment to honoring their story without judgment. Who We Work With LGBTQ+ and transgender clients of all ages Couples, families, and chosen families Individuals processing grief, trauma, or identity development Adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, or life transitions Neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and autism) What to Expect Therapy with us is collaborative. We’ll set goals together, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and practice new ways of thinking, relating, and showing up in your life. Healing is not only about reducing distress but also about cultivating connection, belonging, and hope.
