Kelsey Miller
My therapeutic approach enables me to serve my clients as their companion in exploration, education, and healing. I strive to help my clients reach their goals in a safe and supportive environment, knowing that I am with them every step of the way. The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence. The therapeutic approach I utilize most would be considered eclectic, primarily focusing on Person Centered, Existential, and Trauma-informed therapy. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I love to learn and try new things, be that a new topic in my education or a new craft such as cross-stitch. I’m a nerd and you can often times find me playing video games or reading. When I’m not avoiding the UV rays, you can find me playing with my dog or on a hike.
