Kelsey Minton
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals across the lifespan, including both youth and adults. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in evidence-based care. I recognize that medication isn’t always the answer—or the only part of the solution—so I also incorporate therapeutic techniques and lifestyle modifications to support mental health and overall well-being. My practice is trauma-informed and centered around meeting people where they’re at—whether they’re new to mental health care or returning after time away. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, respected, and empowered to work toward their goals at their own pace.
