Kenneth Mittelstadt

Dr. Kenny Mittelstadt is a functional medicine and acupuncturist dedicated to helping individuals regain control of their health and sift through the noise of wellness and healing. He holds two doctorates from Southern California University of Health Sciences—Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine and Doctor of Chiropractic—both earned with highest honors. Further strengthening his expertise, he has trained in Taiwan and China, gaining firsthand experience in integrative Traditional Chinese Medicine settings. Currently licensed in California, Texas, and Florida, Dr. Kenny uses in-depth lab testing, personalized treatment plans, and holistic lifestyle medicine and highest-quality supplement programs to identify root causes and help restore lasting healing. He has also completed advanced functional medicine training through The Institute for Functional Medicine, The Kalish Institute, and The Functional Medicine Academy. Originally practicing in West Hollywood and Los Angeles, Dr. Kenny returned to central Texas in 2022, where he founded his own practice to serve his hometown in San Antonio and beyond. By weaving together evidence-based research, compassionate care, and a deep understanding of the human body, Dr. Kenny aims to empower each patient on their unique healing journey.
